At -25 C, water bubbles turn into snowflakes

Photojournalists David Bloom and Ian Kucerak took a solution of dish detergent and corn syrup and froze bubbles into snowflakes on a -25 C day at Hawrelak Park in Edmonton on Dec. 29.
