Twenty-two years ago, The Tragically Hip released its third album, Fully Completely, featuring some of the band’s most iconic songs – Courage (For Hugh McLellan), At the Hundredth Meridian, Locked In the Trunk of a Car, Wheat Kings and Fifty Mission Cap.
On Oct. 6, 1992 to be precise.
To get in on our current ’90s Canadian rock nostalgia trip, the Kingston rockers are reissuing vinyl, digital and CD versions of the album — on Monday, Nov. 17 — and playing the 12-song collection in its entirety on their upcoming tour. Gord Downie and his pals will perform Thursday, Feb. 12 at Rexall Place. Tickets range from $24.50 to $125 plus service charges. On sale: Saturday, Oct. 18 at Ticketmaster.
